What is Custom Procurement?

Custom procurement refers to the tailored sourcing and supply of goods and commodities that go beyond a company’s standard product portfolio. It involves identifying, negotiating, and delivering specialised products requested by clients, often across multiple industries. The goal is to provide flexible trade solutions that save buyers time, cost, and risk in global sourcing.

Delivering Custom Procurement Solutions

At Nuvetra Global Limited, we extend our expertise beyond core commodities by offering Custom Procurement and Trade Services. Leveraging our vast networks across Africa and international markets, we source and deliver diverse products to meet the unique needs of our clients. Whether it is industrial machinery, consumer goods, technology, or specialised raw materials, we provide end-to-end solutions from sourcing to delivery.

Why Choose Nuvetra Global for Procurement?

Nigeria and Africa as a whole are emerging as dynamic hubs for trade and resource supply. With our strategic partnerships, reliable logistics, and strong local networks, Nuvetra Global ensures seamless procurement across borders. Clients benefit from our market knowledge, cost-effective sourcing, and ability to handle both small-scale and bulk orders with precision.

Our Procurement Services

We tailor our procurement solutions to each client’s request, including:

  • Technology & Equipment Sourcing – industrial machinery, tools, and technical components.
  • Consumer Goods Procurement – household products, packaged goods, and retail items.
  • Specialised Trade Requests – unique raw materials, niche products, and custom sourcing.

Our Trade Process

Our trade operations are flexible and can be carried out under C&F or FOB terms, depending on the buyer’s preference.

  • 1. Cost and Freight (C&F): Under this arrangement, we handle the full process—covering loading, shipping, and delivery of the goods to the buyer’s specified port of destination.
  • 2. Free on Board (FOB): Here, we take responsibility for transporting the goods to the port of shipment and covering all loading expenses. The buyer, in turn, manages the costs of marine freight, insurance, unloading, and onward transportation from the port of origin to the final destination.
